1. Can I cancel my plan in case I don`t need it?
This is not a subscription service. You pay to recharge some credits, and then use them as needed. Just like your mobile provider. So, there is no concept of cancellation. If there's some issue related to payment, you can contact us on our customer support at interviewloopteam@gmail.com.

2. How does InterviewLoop's pricing work ?
We offer a pay-as-you-go model. You pay for the credits you need, and use them as needed. There are no recurring charges. 1 Credit = 1 second of time spent with AI interviewer. Our lowest priced plan gives you 60 minutes of practice time.

3. Do my purchased credits ever expire ?
No. Your credits never expire. You can use them whenever you want.

4. What do you use for processing payments ?
We use Paddle as our payment processor which is the most trusted and secure way to process online payments. We don`t store or process any credit card information.

5. How do I get a refund for my unused credits ?
If you didn`t use any credits, you will get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase. We won`t be able to offer a refund after 14 days of purchase, or in case you use any credits.
